Vinnies Visit HCC Junior School

St Vincent de Paul support many families in the Ellenbrook Area and across the wider community. The Kindergarten students and families supported the community by donating clothes, blankets, food items and toys. Four of the volunteers from the Ellenbrook Chapter spoke to the students before taking the donated goods for distribution. They were extremely impressed with the generosity and engagement of the students.

They also reminded us to support the "Shake a Can Day" on Friday, 7 September at the Ellenbrook Shops. Any cash donations on this day are welcomed. 

The Young Vinnies spoke with the Year 3 students about how they can make a difference. There was a great deal of enthusiasm shown by the students to be involved in helping the community just as Fredric Ozanam, the Year 3 Patron, did.
