Year Two
Year Two has started beautifully in 2019! We are enjoying using our learning spaces in the Fitzroy building and we absolutely love the playground and slide!
In Week One, we focused on developing rules and expectations which have helped to make our learning spaces safe. We presented these rules using the Book Creator application, before sharing our work with our peers and families on Seesaw.
We also had the opportunity to develop relationships with other students in our Houses after our first College Assembly. We played lots of games, our favourite activity was the egg and spoon relay!
During our Geography lessons, we have been exploring the continents of the world and their proximity to Australia. We are now investigating the different animals that live on each continent and we look forward to exploring our own personal connections to these places.
We are all very excited about the year of learning that lies ahead!
