Learning Advisory Groups

LAGS are a vital part of a students learning at Holy Cross. It's during this time, fortnightly, where they meet with their advisor to set goals and reflect on their learning. Statistics tell us that when students reflect on their learning, it can help them to explicitly see the gaps in their learning and can help them to take steps to remedy this. This can lead to the student making an attempt to come to better understand themselves.

It's great to see our students really thinking  about their learning targets. Students are also taught strategies for studying and revision in LAG time.

Please encourage your child to reflect regularly on their learning and contact their LAG should you require any detailed information about how they are progressing holistically with their learning.
