We are delighted to announce
that three of our students were selected for the Construction Training Fund’s
new Scholarship Programme.
These students were selected
from hundreds of applicants to secure a place in :
• Certificate II Building and Construction -
Trades Pathway
(52824WA)
• Certificate II Plumbing (52700WA)
The Scholarship includes the following:
• Tuition, RTO enrolment and resources costs •
Safety equipment and clothing
• Work experience
• Regular mentoring by industry
personnel
• Specialist workshops about building and construction • Advice about
career pathways
• Meetings with industry employers
• Regular reports to parents
and schools
The Schools2Skills Scholarship is supported by industry and will provide
participants with the skills, experience and knowledge that employers look for
in a new apprentice or trainee.
In addition to the the
Scholarship students, we have successfully secured places in the following TAFE courses for our Senior school students.
