A beautiful calm Swan River on Friday 27th
March was the setting for the Year 10 Social event for 2015.
The girls in their
chic cocktail dresses and our boys looked sophisticated in their evening wear.
We boarded buses at school at 4pm to head towards a night of sailing and
dancing.
Everyone was amazed at how grand the Crystal Swan boat was and loved
the theme of the night, which was Hawaiian.
We set off from Barrack Street
jetty at 5pm, just in time to watch the sun set over Kings Park and the city
skyline.
As we sailed down the river the party started with the DJ getting
everyone up and dancing and the chef creating and serving us up with pizza and
yummy cakes all night long.
The night concluded with some dance competitions,
lots of selfies and memories that will last a lifetime for all year 10
students.
