Events at ECU




Labrats 
Aimed at Years 9, 10 and 11 interested in science.
This is a one day event during September school holidays held at ECU Joondalup campus and is FREE. Students will participate in several hands-on science workshops, hear from our current students and researchers about the amazing science that is being taught and researched at ECU. Places are limited and need to be booked online. Registration links are available in the pdf.

The Biodiversity Wonderland of WA 
Aimed at Years 9-11 students interested in conservation, wildlife and sustainability.
This is a one day event on Friday 27th July held at ECU Joondalup campus and is also free. The day will commence with a presentation from Professor Kingsley Dixon and a showcase from Kaarakin Black Cockatoo Conservation Centre. If your school is interested then please enquire about bus subsidies. 

Fashion Weekend Classes
ECUs Fashion Weekend classes are back again this year and commence from 25 August – 22 September. Participants will be shown strategies for generating ideas for garment through sculptural manipulation of cloth and found garment. Please check the attached pdf to register and for further information.
